I've been away from beadmaking for what seems like forever. But, man... I've also been blessed to have seen and experienced some wonderful things. I "hit the roads" a couple springs ago to work with an educational travel company. Ever tried to get 200 kids on one subway train in New York City!?! It was a great experience!

I am now at home caring for my 89 year old mother, who had a severe brain hemorrhage, and I am thankful to be able to do it! Although I miss working with the travel company, it's a blessing to have time with my Mama and time to get back to lampwork beadmaking. Lately, I have been here on the computer checking out all kinds of glass beadmaking websites again, and am AMAZED at the talent I am seeing. Beautiful beads are everywhere!! I love it!

So, I'm thankful to be "back among the living" in the glass world. I had missed my little studio.. making my funky cat beads... making all kinds of beads!! I missed it very much!

Stop by my website and check out some of the new work I'm doing...
Glennie Simshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03189924453944776161noreply@blogger.com0
